OUR ADVENTUES
From backpacking to scubaing, a fairly impromptu 3-month skiing roadtrip, it has been and continues to be an adventure.
MOJAVE
2 weeks after we met, John asked Jennie to join him for new years on a camping trip to the desert. For some reason, she said yes. And the rest is history.
10 days in oregon
For John’s 33rd, Jennie planned a 10-day camping roadtrip around Oregon amidst the 2021 108º(+) heat-dome. We survived by swimming in every body of water we could find — lakes, rivers, streams and pools.
our Ikonic ski trip
At the start of this trip, Jennie took her first ski lesson. 7 states, 2 countries, 12 ski resorts, and a good number of tears later we’re ripping down Headwall and Siberia together whenever we can. Special thanks to John for his tutelage.
Thailand
In 2023, Jennie took John back to the motherland, Thailand to meet her mom’s family, see Loy Kathrong, and explore the country together. They swam, scuba-ed, and drank many Changs. On the flight back, they took advantage of an 8 hour layover in Seoul to see and eat as much of the city as possible.
